Important Shipping and Packing Tips

Here are some important tips to keep in mind when it comes to shipping and packing your items:

  1. Make sure to double-box your items and fill the space between the boxes with non-popping filler to keep the equipment tightly in place. This will help protect your items during shipping.

  2. Use a reputable shipping company that has tracking and INSURANCE.

  3. Don't skimp on packaging materials - it's worth it to spend a little extra money on packaging to ensure that your items are well-protected during transit.

  4. Remember that your packages will be handled multiple times during shipping, so it's important to make sure they are well-packaged to avoid damage. SHIPPERS THROW BOXES LIKE FOOTBALLS!

  5. If you do experience damage during shipping, it can take weeks or even months to settle a claim with the shipping company.

  6. Save yourself the headache and spend a little extra on packaging to avoid potential issues.

Is this is overboard? How much is your time worth?

To ensure the best possible protection for your equipment during shipping, we recommend taking a video of it working before you package it.

This will provide evidence of the item's condition in case you need to file a claim.

Please send the video to us so we can assist you with any potential issues.

The USPS has great prices for shipping smaller items.  Flat rate postage and normally 2 day delivery service.  USPS provides the boxes ranging in size from very small to large. There is a limit of 75 pounds.
