• To shop on our website, simply browse through our categories to find the item you're interested in and click on the corresponding ad. At the bottom of the ad, you'll see two options: "Click Here To Make An Offer To Buy" or "Click Here to Ask A Question." Select the appropriate option and fill out the form and we will send the seller your offer or question.

• We forward your offer or question to the seller. The seller will reply to us and we forward the reply to you. If your offer was accepted we will send you an invoice. You can pay the invoice using any major credit or debit card, direct bank wire transfer or ACH credit.

• Once payment is received, I hold your payment in escrow and the seller will be notified to ship the item to you. Your payment will be held until you receive the item and have a chance to inspect it. You have up to four business days to inspect the item (seven consecutive days for more expensive items).

• If the item is not working as expected, you can ship it back to the seller at your own expense and in the same condition as you received it. We will refund your payment in full once the seller receives the item back.

• If the item is damaged during shipping, a claim should be made by the person or company who shipped it. We recommend carefully inspecting the item for damage as soon as you receive it.
