Sales Commission Rate

• For items selling for $1,000.00 or more, the commission is 10% of the selling price.

• For items selling for less than $1,000.00, the commission is 13% of the selling price.

• The maximum commission for any single item is $6,000.

• For items sold outside of the United States, the commission may be slightly higher due to additional bank transfer fees.

• The commission is deducted from the selling price.

There is no charge to list your equipment

• To sell an item on this website, you must fill out an ad form.

• There is no time limit for selling your item.

• You can set your own selling price and have the option to accept or reject any offers that are made.

• The buyer will receive an invoice that can be paid using a credit or ATM card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

• After the invoice is paid, the payment will be held in escrow and the seller will be notified to ship the item.

• The seller is responsible for all shipping, packaging, and insurance costs. Any damage to the item during shipping is the seller's responsibility unless the buyer agrees to assume this responsibility.

• The buyer has 4 full business days to approve the purchase and up to 7 days for very expensive items.

• After the buyer approves the purchase, the seller will receive a payment check minus the website's commission.

• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is not as advertised, in which case the seller must pay for return shipping.

• If the buyer and seller agree, the buyer can assume full responsibility for shipping the item. This must be stated in any agreement or offer to buy.

• If the item is being picked up in person, the buyer must first place a deposit.

• This website does not offer any warranties or guarantees for the items sold on the site.

Example Transactions

1.  Equipment Shipped Example

The equipment is available for purchase at the price of $1,350.00. Shipping is an additional cost of $100.00, bringing the total invoice amount to $1,450.00. After payment is received, the seller will ship the equipment. The buyer has up to 4 full business days to inspect the equipment and ensure it is in working order. In cases of expensive equipment, the buyer may have up to 7 consecutive days for inspection. Once the equipment is approved by the buyer, the seller will be paid, minus the website sales fee.

Equipment - $1,450.00  x  10% = $145.00     NET PAYMENT TO THE SELLER - $1305.00

2. Local Pickup Example

An example of equipment that is available for purchase at the price of $5,000.00.

The buyer is required to pick up the equipment in person, but first will be invoiced for a refundable deposit of 10% of the total purchase price. Upon payment, the buyer and seller will be provided with each other's contact information to arrange a time for the buyer to inspect the equipment.

If the equipment is to the buyer's satisfaction, they will pay the seller the balance due in person by cash or cashier's check. Once the equipment is paid for and removed from the seller's property, the transaction is considered complete and the deposit will become this website's sales commission. If the buyer is not satisfied with the equipment upon inspection and does not purchase it, the entire deposit will be refunded.

Equipment - $5,000.00 x 10% = $500.00 deposit.          NET PAYMENT TO THE SELLER - $4,500.00.
