Purchased it new from Swissvet veterinary products in KNOXVILLE US. They used to have a salesman come through here. 1-877-794-7735 I bought it in 2007 but they sold it as new 2008 model. Never needed replacement parts other than new bit. Sent it to them once for routine service if I remember correctly. Honestly never had problem I remember.
