I bought it refurbished in 2023 from a medical supply company. That is the last time it was serviced. I have not had any problems with it while I have had it. I used it for mobile work for about 3 months and the rest of the time it’s been stored in its case in my closet. I’m not certain exactly how long the battery lasts but at least an hour. I plug it in when I’m using it just to be on the safe side so I don’t lose any images.
