Butterfly iQ vet ultrasound probe, charger, lightning connection cord (for ipad or iphone).

Includes the original box, as well as a butterfly hard carrying case.

This does not include an ipad or iphone for connection (you will need one which has a lightning connection).

I purchased this unit in 2020 and is in excellent working condition.

I have included images I saved with the probe, most recently as March 2024.

All images were taken without shaving or the use of ultrasound gel as I used the probe only for point-of-care ultrasound, for which this probe is perfect!

The portability of using your smartphone or tablet to get an image on an animal right then and there is amazing.

You can easily scan cageside or in an exam room.

In addition to saving images, you also have the ability to save videos. You can easily show clients their dog's splenic mass, for example, which often times is extremely helpful.

You can also use it for more complete/detailed ultrasounds, if desired.

You will need to purchase a Butterfly membership for the first year, which is $420. This will allow you to save images/videos, easily share images and access your cloud anywhere. After the first year, whether or not to continue with the membership is up to you.
