Two known issues:
1. The generator hasn’t been used in 3 years, since it’s always plugged in to shore power now. Would need service before use.
2. The AC in the surgery suite doesn’t work - probably needs replacing. We used the front unit to keep us cool.
Questions:
What type of electrical service does the unit require—30-amp or 50-amp?
Answer: The unit uses 50-amp service when connected to a building or shelter. When parked at home, I use a step-down adapter to connect it to a standard household outlet. This provides limited power. For example, the refrigerator will operate, but the air-conditioning system will not.
At the shelter, the unit connects to 50-amp service using the same shore power cord.
How many hours are on the generator?
Answer: The generator hours are unknown because the generator is not currently working. I have not replaced it because I do not need a generator.
What is the condition of the tires?
Answer: The tires are in adequate condition and should still have many miles of use remaining.
When were the tires last replaced?
Answer: They were replaced before I purchased the unit in January 2026. The exact replacement date is unknown.
Are there any leaks in the body or roof?
Answer: No. The unit has no known leaks.
Is the unit stored outside or inside a garage?
Answer: The unit is stored outside when it is at the shelter. When it is at my home, it may be stored outside or under a covered shed.
Why are you selling the unit?
Answer: I am selling it because problems with my hands and right hip make it difficult for me to continue performing the physical work required for spay-and-neuter procedures.
